How can I make a return?

  1. Log in with your Ceos Coffee membership and go to the My Return Requests page.
  2. Select your order number and the item in your order you would like to return.
  3. Select the cancellation refund reason and the cancellation refund type.
  4. Fill in the Name Surname and IBAN Number information. (Do not leave any spaces between IBAN numbers.)
  5. You can complete your transaction with the Save and Continue button.
  6. Place your invoice together with the items to be returned in one package.
  7. Deliver the package to …….. Cargo within 14 business days with the ……… shipping code. It is sufficient to provide the code, you do not need to specify a return address.
  8. The devices in the electronics category that you will return must be unused and no data has been transferred.

Do I need to pay anything for the return process?

When you use the return methods we offer, the shipping cost is the buyer's responsibility.

What is the valid period for return process?

All returns must be made within 14 days of the shipping confirmation email.

What is the return process?

  • After the product reaches us, its compliance with the return conditions is checked.
  • If the product meets the return conditions, the return process will be completed within 10 business days.
  • If the product does not meet the return conditions, it will be sent back to your address.
  • The time it takes for the refunded amount to be reflected on your card depends on your bank. It is usually provided within 2-10 business days.

What documents are required for a refund?

The following documents are required to exercise your right to return:

  1. Fill out and sign the form on the back of the invoice sent to you with the product; send it along with the product you will return.
  2. If the order was made within a company or by freelancers, you must attach a return invoice prepared in your name or your company along with your invoice.
  3. Ceos Coffee reserves the right to reject returns sent or reported after the return period has passed or returns of products that are not in the same condition as they were received.
